You can only attract to you those individuals who are on the level and stage you are at in your life on a mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and financial level.  Whichever life area you struggle with most, will result in you attracting individuals that reflect who you are, by them thinking and doing as you do. Eg. #WhitneyHoustonandBobbyBrown and each of you continuing to be dysfunctional in that area of your relationship, and as a result,  this will begin to affect and have a knock on effect on other areas of your relationship.

Most people do not see why Whitney was attracted to Bobby.   She was attracted to him because both of them had similar issues going on inside of them.  Your mate is your mirror: Bobby was Whitney's mirror and vice versa.  Can you truly say that you have fixed some of your deep seated issues that have plagued you and is still plaguing you for years, perhaps a decade or two?  If there are unresolved issues, do you see now the quality of the prospective relationship you have presently lined up for you around the corner heading in your direction? For this reason, can you be honest at least with yourself that you are not ready for your most suitable mate, because you still need to fix up,  get healed in order for you to be at your best physically,  spiritually, emotionally, financially and mentally for your most suitable mate?  Does staying by yourself, if you are broken and need to be healed seem like a more appealing option now?  

Every week we see American celebrities and UK celebrities choosing mates without fixing or healing themselves, and repeatedly keep on repeating the pattern of attracting mates that are broken, just like them.  Brigitte Nielson (ex - wife of Sylvester Stallone) admitted in her autobiography, looking at a magazine seeing an article on a football player Mark Gastineau, and got her personal assistant to set up a date! She ended up marrying him, and then became his regular punching bag!  Why are the general public all around the world rushing to emulate the same misery in relationships as celebrities who are clueless?  

If you are looking to get the best suitable mate for you,  does it not seem more fitting to overhaul yourself mentally, emotionally,  physically, spiritually and financially first, rather than push for a relationship where both parties are struggling with the same issues? Can you imagine the dysfunction? 2 Corinthians 6:14 Are you willing to be patient to let go and let God help you work through your own issues, ASK, SEEK God to do a perfect work on you to find the most suitable mate for you?  Jeremiah 29:13

Life is not a dress rehearsal: we do, however have a life manual in the form of the Bible, but the majority refuse to refer to it, Mathew 13:14-15 that includes #bumsonseatsChristians, at church, week in and week out, and still do not know the things of God.  2 Timothy 4:3    Find a mate based on Godly principles: the Bible is littered with guidelines to find your most suitable mate Psalms 31 for men looking for a wife.   If you are serious about changing your situation, and healing your mind, body and spirit simultaneously; this can only be done effectively using the most powerful weapons, fasting and intense and fervant prayer to be done daily,  continuously and consistently ie pray without ceasing.  Mark 9:29, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. The other components are Praise and worship, and regular fasting, reading the Holy Bible, daily to glean Godly principles, wisdom, understanding and discernment until you are healed and ready to attract your most suitable mate.

The essential key to finding your most suitable mate is for you to have an intimate relationship with God. To do this you have to be fully plugged in prayer, fasting, praising and worshipping regularly, daily and fully trust Him and have complete faith (Not one morsel of doubt) in God, for Him to honour your prayer requests.  And, of course reading the Bible for daily wisdom. Psalms 37 : 4.  For you to find your most suitable for you,  it would mean you would need to do things God's way based on biblical teachings in the Bible, without you making it up as you go along, Eg. shacking up together, not abstaining from all forms of physical intimacy,  ie. doing your own thing, and think for one minute that God is going to bless you for your disobedience.   To do it God's way will take a great sacrifice but if you really want, you can do it. Romans 8:38.   God wants us to have a suitable mate, it is our refusal to be doers of God's word, why we struggle to find our suitable mate and a blessed, holy and sanctified marriage for God to release the blessing He has piled up for us in all areas of our lives.  These mistakes are costly when we continuously and consistently are not doers of the Word; we cannot reap where we have not sown, as a result of not planting on good soil.  The conditions have to be right for God to bless us, if we have not done things according to His word, it will result in struggle and strife between husband and wife.
