FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR KITCHEN!

What is this argument about the KITCHEN? "Why should men be in the Kitchen?" "Why should women be in the Kitchen?" I'm wondering, what is wrong with the Kitchen? Why are people avoiding the Kitchen? Why are we arguing about who should and who shouldn't be in the Kitchen? This desecration of the Kitchen should henceforth STOP! Have we forgotten that it is the Kitchen that feeds the BODY that houses the SOUL? That makes the Kitchen sacred! "I'm a man...." So because you're a man you shouldn't mind how your SOUL is housed or how the housing of  your SOUL is catered for? What is wrong with entering the Kitchen and preparing what caters for  your BODY and extending that care to your family if you're married? What is wrong if a man who doesn't know how to Cook commit to learning it? What is wrong if you factor the Kitchen into your daily schedule and equation? What is wrong if our sons learn and know how to Cook?  ...

''Can I Introduce Him To My Parent?'' ---Anita Odure Odeh.

Once upon a time, it was rare for African parents to believe that their young daughters know so much when it comes to love and marriage. It was common to see parents marry their daughters away without their consent. And when an elder son in the family is getting married, his younger sisters had little or nothing to contribute when there are family meetings aimed at planning the wedding and engagement. If a young daughter in the house decides to express her opinion issues bothering on marriage, the elders or her parents would yell at her, ''Shut up. What do you know?'' But that was back in those days. Today, girls don't just know so much about love, dating and marriage, they are also 'pushing' their way through 'barriers' to make their voice heard loud and clear. Luckily for them, the social media space offers everyone, young and old, amazing platforms to share. Meet Anita Odure Odeh , the young and pretty undergraduate of Mass Communica...
